Dubai Developments is one of the first companies that got the largest projects in the New Capital, so we were able to have one of the better locations around the New Capital. 

Also, we acquired the largest land share, there. 

And here we are, launching our newest project "Capital Dubai Mall”, the largest in the R7 District. 

Over the coming years, we seek to continue transforming and developing the meaning of life through our projects with mission and concepts.

Since 1997 we found the idea of real estate developments in Damietta governorate by creating new-complete civilized communities. 

And we've finished more than 140 projects until we established the idea of organizing and developments.
