Launch & Significance:

Wadi Zaha is the first of three residential neighborhoods (alongside Wadi Safa and Wadi Tala) in the broader Sultan Haitham City development. The project marks Al Ahly Sabbour’s entry into the Omani market and represents its partnership with Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning 

A high-profile launch event took place at Muscat’s Royal Opera House, attended by key dignitaries including Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shuaili, Oman’s Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and Al Ahly Sabbour’s Chairman, Ahmed Sabbour 

The investment allocated for Wadi Zaha alone stands at OMR 90 million (≈ USD 234.6 million) 

Scale & Master Plan:

The overall project spans 100 feddans (approximately 100 acres) with a plan for about 3,500 residential units across the three neighborhoods 

Located on 23 feddans, Wadi Zaha will feature 760 units with a total built-up area of around 158,000 m² 

Al Ahly Sabbour is now the second-largest landowner in Sultan Haitham City, totaling about 420,000 m² 

Architectural Design & Planning:

The master plan is crafted by renowned international firm SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill), blending modern design with Omani architectural heritage 

Each neighborhood is designed as an independent, fully integrated community, complete with services and amenities to ensure self-sufficiency and vibrant urban living
