One of DMG's best projects is Aliva Mostakbal City, which was constructed to inspire locals to stop observing and begin living. Aliva Compound was built by DMG on 638 acres of land in Mostakbal City. It is separated into seven residential zones, each with a unique set of luxurious apartments. 

For Aliva Mostakbal City Compound, Mountain View created a master plan that included opulent residences, a variety of unique amenities, and natural features. In order to provide the compound's residents with a hassle-free living environment, it has incorporated a number of exclusive services into the project.
