In the center of New Zayed, SODIC created The Estates Compound, a trademark community. When it completed the projects and created a fully integrated community where everything you need is close to your home, it completely changed the idea of what it means to live in luxury.
The Estates SODIC occupies 150 acres in New Zayed, one of Cairo's most affluent neighborhoods to the west. For The Estates Compound, SODIC created a master plan that detailed special amenities and an exclusive mix of residences.
