Melee's inaugural project is the NMQ Compound in Sheikh Zayed City, spanning 66 acres. This mixed-use development emphasizes green spaces and sustainable living. The project includes:
Residential Units: Villas, townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, penthouses, and hotel apartments.
Commercial & Administrative Spaces: Retail shops, clinics, and offices.
Amenities: A Marriott-operated hotel, clubhouse, theaters, cinemas, urban adventure park, innovation incubator, public library, and a multi-sensory art gallery.
Design Collaborations: The master plan and designs are developed by renowned firms such as Naga Architects, MIMAR, BENOY, Chapman Taylor, and Sabbour Consulting.
The project is scheduled for delivery in 2027, with prices starting from EGP 10,584,000. Flexible payment plans are available, including options with 0% down payment and installments over up to 8 years.
Melee Development has ambitious plans for growth:
Saudi Arabia: The company is establishing three sports clubs in Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh, with a total investment of SAR 4.5 billion. The Khobar club is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Egypt: Melee is in discussions with the Sovereign Fund of Egypt to acquire a 100-feddan plot in West Cairo for a mixed-use development. Additionally, the company plans to allocate EGP 100 million for acquiring another company in Egypt. Over the next two to five years, Melee aims to invest EGP 80–100 billion in new developments in East Cairo and the North Coast.
Kynd Hospitality: Melee owns the Kynd hotel chain, with the first hotel, Kynd 01, operational at the GAIA project in Ras Al Hikma, North Coast. The company has signed an agreement with Marriott International to establish five new hotels under the Kynd brand.
Platinum Social Sports Club: Melee is developing one of the largest sports clubs in East Cairo, owned by Al Ahly Sabbour Developments. Melee is responsible for expanding the brand nationwide.
