Emaar Rezk Group Developments was founded back in 2005 by Mr. Mohamed Rezk and it is one of the leading Real Estate marketing entities, specifically in North Delta. Initially, we were introduced in the Egyptian Market with Rezk Shipping company for transferring goods from and to Egypt. Afterwards, Rezk's timper for woods importing and exporting in Damietta. Eventually, with Emaar Rezk Group Developments we launched our first project in Ras El Bar, City Life Compound with our partner "Housing and Development Bank". ERG has about 230 residential units that have been successfully delivered to their owners in Mansoura, Ras el bar & Damietta. The Monorail Tower is ERG's third project at the New Administrative Capital.
